Answer Yes. As long as your home has room for foster children and they would be comfortable, then there isn't a problem with it. Just be sure you contact the soci…al worker to let them know. Answer ADOPTIONS are based on your ability to foster and your means; (room enough in your house, financial ability ect...) not so much on whether you already have foster children or any other children for that matter. As long as you meet the standards for adopting a child from China, I don't think you should have any problems. GOOD LUCK! ADR
Do biological children have any rights to the house of their deceased father if the deed to the house was transferred to their adopted brother years ago in lieu of child support.?
Answer No,surviving family members would have no legal claim to such property if the transferring of title was made while the owner was of sound mind was d…one in accordance to the laws of the state where the property is located. The reasons for the action being taken and the fact that the person was not a biological child is not relevant.

If none of these options are viable the plan for the minor may enter OPPLA (Other Planned Permanent Living Arrangement). This option allows the child to stay in custody of the… state and the child can stay placed in a foster home, with a relative or an Independent Living Center or long term care facility (for children with development disabilities, physical disabilities or mental disabilities).

My ex husband and I have 2 children. One is adopted. He now wants to give up his rights to our adopted child because of behavior issues. Can he do this?
In general, parental rights are terminated either preparatory to an adoption, or after a trial in which it is determined that the parent is unfit. In any case, termination of… parental rights does not, in itself, terminate child support.
No, it doesn't matter if they are in foster care.
It may have EVERYTHING to do with the laws of your particular state - but usually unless the legal parent/guardian of the child surrenders any claim, they remain, legally, the… child of that parent. Your question would best be directed at a the Family Court of your particular jurisdiction or to an attorney who specifically practices in the area of 'family law.'
How long do you have to petition the courts after your child is adopted out and rights were terminated to get your child back?
This varies depending on where you live but before the adoption is finalized I have heard one year. Once the adoption is finalized there is nothing you can do.
You can adopt more than once, yes.
