Answer . Yes. As long as your home has room for foster children and they would be comfortable, then there isn't a problem with it. Just be sure you contact the social worke…r to let them know.. Answer . ADOPTIONS are based on your ability to foster and your means; (room enough in\nyour house, financial ability ect...) not so much on whether you already have\nfoster children or any other children for that matter. As long as you meet the\nstandards for adopting a child from China, I don't think you should have any\nproblems. GOOD LUCK! ADR

If the biological father wants to give up his rights and I have a male friend that has been financially and emotionally support the child for years can he adopt the children?
You would have to check the law in your state. Many states will allow this type of adoption. I know that California allows this type of adoption.
How can I find my son that I gave up for adoption 18 years ago?
A children that is in process of adoption it would cost from approximately $0 to $40,000 it depends on the number of factors.

If none of these options are viable the plan for the minor may enter OPPLA (Other Planned Permanent Living Arrangement). This option allows the child to stay in custody of the… state and the child can stay placed in a foster home, with a relative or an Independent Living Center or long term care facility (for children with development disabilities, physical disabilities or mental disabilities).

No, it doesn't matter if they are in foster care.
Possibly, but you cannot adopt a child until their current parent's parental rights have been legally terminated.
It may have EVERYTHING to do with the laws of your particular state - but usually unless the legal parent/guardian of the child surrenders any claim, they remain, legally, the… child of that parent. Your question would best be directed at a the Family Court of your particular jurisdiction or to an attorney who specifically practices in the area of 'family law.'
How long do you have to petition the courts after your child is adopted out and rights were terminated to get your child back?
This varies depending on where you live but before the adoption is finalized I have heard one year. Once the adoption is finalized there is nothing you can do.
You can adopt more than once, yes.
