Sorry to rain on your parade, but there are no states in the union that allow a 16 year old to get married without parental permission. Matter of fact, not even Canada and Mexico allow this. It would be better to wait out the two years and get married when you're a legal adult. If you cannot wait two years, then you are not really mature enough to marry in the first place.
