Several question arise: How do you plan to leave the country without having your passport checked - which will reveal your wanted status? How do you know Algeria will grant you a visa to enter their country - knowing you are a wanted felon? I guess you must be planning on never again coming back to the US, because when you do, your passport will be checked and your 'wanted' status will show up as you go through Customs.
