be proud of your hips, first of all. We are women!!! But, don't try situps and crunches.. that works on the muscles, but not extra fluff fat. just do aerobic work, like running or jumping jacks. Is it fat or skin? try getting the skin tighter with gels, that could work. if you still try situps, do the ones where you twist to the sides.

It depends on the girls figure. It depends on the waist size. For a waist that is narrower than 23 inches her hips should be 30 inches or less. For a 22-25 inch waist her hips should be 27-32 inches. For a 24-28 inch waist her hips should be 29-34 inches. For a waist that is 27-31 inches her hips should be 31-36 inches. For a waist that is wider than 30 inches her hips should be 35 inches or more. It is okay if your hips are a little big or small for your waist. Remember you are still going through puberty and so you hips can suddenly start to swell or shrink.
