The Windows Movie Maker project file (.MSWMM) must be Finished/Published in a Standard viewing format before it can be uploaded to YouTube. Watch the following YouTube video tutorial on how to do that from the URL:

If you did a movie on windows movie maker on windows movie maker find the "finish movie" section on the left side of the screen and click on "save to my computer" once you click there click okay to everything until you see were you can save it to. I suggest you save it with a memorable name and on your desktop. Once you finish saving it log onto youtube.com and click the "upload" button and if a menu pops up underneath it click on "video file" then click on "choose file" and go to were you saved it then press OK and then you should be on your way :D
