You can't.
It will not be registered in your name. They sold it and will register it in the new owners name.
Unless stolen before making it to a retailer, they all are when bought. --- Firearms are not registered when sold by retailers (FFL dealers) unless they are required to be registered in a particular state. And the registration is usually done by the local police department in those states. FFL dealers record the buyer's information from form 4473 in their "bound book" and then they are obligated to keep these records for as long as they remain in business and keep their federal firearms license renewed. Gues it all depends on what the OP meant by "registered"
All firearms have FET built into the price
Though the government destroys the majority of the firearms that it seizes, some are sold at auction. a good place to check is www.governmentauctions.org.
BLue book of gun values, standard catalog of firearms, check the online gun auction sites to see if any have sold lately.
What state?
I just sold a Colt Firearms dealer clock at the National Gun Day show in Louisville, KY. If the plastic face of the clock has no cracks in it then it should be worth between 200.00 to $500.00. The one I sold was in good condition with some drag marks on the face from a bent minute hand. The clock did work and the light worked. The rest of the clock was in great shape. It sold for $375.00 , but I could have probably sold it for 450.00 if I took more time.
If you mean Target department stores, the stores in my area never sold firearms.
Not until they are sold.
Acquired by Remington.
Yes. They may still be, check your local store.
That depends on the laws in YOUR country. Bear in mind, we receive questions from all over the world. In the US, registration is typically not required. After California's passage of their so-called "assault weapons" ban in 1989, registration of rifles grandfathered in was required. Those firearms could not be sold again to anyone in the state of California. NFA regulated firearms are registered with the federal government (full auto weapons, destructive devices, suppressors, etc.). Those can only be sold by a licenced Class III dealer, and cannot be sold by an individual directly to another individual.
