You could reformat, but it's not at all necessary. If you follow the directions that come with the card and load the correct drivers, there should be no need to format the hard drive.
If you really want to, you can. But there's no real reason to.

Depends on how new your graphics card is and how powerful it is, if you're running 600w+ it should be able to take most new graphics cards, but newer one you may have to upgrade to something around 800w+

OpenGL is an API provided by your graphics card driver. To update it, you need to download newer drivers for your graphics card. If this does not resolve your issue, you will need to purchase a new graphics card to use the application.

Most newer Tacoma have a belt tensioner and it should be tight all the time, if its not you may need to replace the tensioner.

Depends in the car ,if is an older model the lenses sould have screws,take the screws out and replace the bulb,if the car in newer open the trunk,move the inside liner to the side and you should be able to see it from there.
