Nope. Money owed the government is not dismissed in a bankruptcy.
ansI believe the above isn't correct for the situation.
The taxes were paid and the government received the money from the Credit Card co. Tour account with the Gov is clear...they have no claim.
Yes the revolving unsecured debt to the cc co is dischargeable in BK....what the charge/debt was originated in, is not an issue.
