If you get twitchy thinking about the drug, that's just excitement and your body's way of saying "I want that." If you twitch all the time, or for no reason, or especially when nervous, you may have an anxiety disorder. Also, sometimes, the drug stays in the body for a very long period of time. LSD stays in the body for a very long time, so you would get flashbacks. It depends how long you have been clean. You may be fening for that drug. Also could be caused because you are so use to it, and you stopped doing it. It just all depends, how your body reacts to it.
There could be many reasons, one of those would be caused by flukes and would need to be treated.

this is not a complete medical answer. i am not a doc. but my mom's a nurse and she said: When you cough the muscles in your abdomen contract, kinda like exercising. when you over exert muscles they will flutter or twitch on there own.
If you have a twitch on the left lower back, it might be a muscle spasm or even a pinched nerve. This could also be related to vertebral damage or back spasms in the muscles.
Gasoline will evaporate. sometimes it takes time but you could vacumme it out with a shop vac. To get the smell out, you will only be able to cover it up.
