Pro Street has better graphics and more customisation (for cars) but there is no free roam and unlike Most Wanted is not street racing and can become a bit repetitive. Most Wanted also has police chases and a better storyline. Overall, I would recommend Most Wanted.
Although there are many very talented athletes in the NCAA divisions II and III, the best place for one to get noticed is a division I team. Many of the women who play professionally went to bigger, more popular schools that you hear about a lot. For example: University of Arizona, University of Washington, Fresno, UCLA, and Stanford. Most of these teams make it to the NCAA championship consistently, and that's where one would really get noticed.
Ninja pro, as it says, makes your character's footsteps silent. Have you ever noticed when you are walking on a metallic surface, you can hear the clanking sound? With Ninja pro, sounds like that are gone.

I do believe that a dancer who is 5'4 normally weights 110 to 125. but, as long as you are happy with your body don't worry too much on what the pro's tell you.
