Yes because if you don't he will not trust in you. Also, you should want to help him with his problem. Don't deny him and if you don't believe him then just invite him over and see, but wait till the morning to see if he wet his bed. If he does give him the supplies and hope he gets better. Also, kids who wear diapers get bad rashes, so you might want to change him a few times till his body gets use to it. But the main thing is never EVER tell his parents even if you don't think it is right because he feels embarrassed and if he turns to you that means he can trust you. If you break it he will be humiliated and never speak to you again. You have to keep his trust and just hope it works. If he/she only needs to wear the diaper for a little it is a good idea. When i say a little i am talking about 3 months.
