I am sorry to say that there isn't much you can do at this point. Please keep in close contact with your doctor and perhaps there is a medication that can subdue this behavior to some degree depending on the severity of the cancer. If possible it is advisable to have someone stay with your wife constantly, and if she is still persistent then there is no other alternative, but to see your doctor and have your wife admitted into hospital for her own protection.
Inebriated, impaired, or incompetent. Also dangerous.
When you are impaired by something for example; being under the influence
Impaired driving - simply means driving while under the influence of drink or drugs (legal or otherwise). Consuming anything that alters your awareness or judgement, before driving on public roads - is a dangerous, ridiculous, selfish act. The consequences of which will either result in the driver losing his licence - or ultimately killing an innocent person !
Loud noise, especially over a long time, can cause deafness or impaired hearing.
Not if you are mentally or physically impaired from it. Never take anything that could impair your ability to drive, or you will be charged with Driving While Impaired. If convicted, which you probably will be, you will lose your driver's license.
Yes. There have been studies that have shown that a person who drives when extremely tired is just as dangerous as a person who drives while drunk.
mute means no sound deaf means you hearing impaired( you cant hear anything)

My brother seems to be morally impaired. The ravages of time may bring impaired hearing.
In many(all?) states there are two separate chargeable offenses: Driving under the Influence, more commonly known as DUI, and Driving While Impaired or DWI.The wording of the statutes covering both offenses, as to exactly what it is that you may be under the influence of,or impaired by, is left intentionally vague so as to cover ANYTHING that may cause you to not be in a "nornal" frame of mind and body.
