Check with your recruiter. For one, you may have a problem with both of you joining since the military doesn't like to put children in a situation where they could potentially be deprived of both parents due to deployment. Secondly the military I believe has it's own version of family court that actually works more efficiently than the civilian court system and they frown upon their soldiers not supporting their offspring.

The Government of India controls/governs the Reserve Bank. More specifically the Finance Ministry of the Indian Government controls/governs the Reserve Bank. However, the Reserve Bank is autonomous in its operations and the Government usually doesnt intervene in the Reserve Banks day to day operations. Only for Major policy decisions do the Government & RBI collaborate.
