Im buying a stick online. it says it left handed . does that mean its a lefty stick or a righty stick?
If I recall correctly the way the stick is defined left or right is variant upon which hand you use at the end of the stick. A left handed person would put their right hand on top and reverse for righty. There is no right way to wield a stick but its all about your personal comfort.

A common method is to attend the foreclosure sale itself and enter a bid. Generally, the county clerk's office will have a list or a posting of properties scheduled for sale. Call you local county clerk's office and ask what their process is for obtaining a list of scheduled sales. On the sale day,… attend the sale and place your bid for the property. The sale is held in a typical auction manner. You will have to do your homework prior to the sale! It is not easy to buy a foreclosed home, because YOU have to do the work -- not a Realtor or a banker. You will need to research the property, determine a price you are willing to bid, and arrange preliminary financing BEFORE bidding at the sale. At the sale itself, the institution that is foreclosing will determine and announce the sale terms. Each one is different, so listen closely. Some require payment immediately, by certified check, and some require payment up to 45 days. The winning bidder of the property is responsible for all closing costs of the sale, unlike a normal home purchase where costs are shared between buyer an seller. Any back taxes on the property are the responsibility of the BUYER. This is not a process to enter into lightly, despite what late-night infomercials would have one believe. If you do plan to do this, find a trusted friend or associate to help walk you through the process. It can be confusing. Most of all, remember that this is NOT like a typical home purchase. How do I know about foreclosures? I am a banker and have had to handle these sales for my bank for 5 years. It's painful to hear a buyer come back after the transaction and say, "But you didn't tell me I had to pay the taxes" (or closing costs, or repairs, etc.) Research, ask questions before the sale, and befriend someone who has done it before. Be prepared! (MORE)

The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the US Constitution was ratified on December 15, 1791. The Tenth Amendment explicitly states the Constitution's principle of Federalism by providing that powers not granted to the Federal Government nor prohibited to the state by the Constitution of the United… States are reserved to the states or the people. This is the last amendment attached to the "Bill of Rights." Since this amendment was ratified, there have been many interpretations of it by both the States Rights and the Federal proponents. Over the same years, the Supreme Court based it's decisions on it's own ideology at the time. The States and the Federal government do not have "rights" but the power to establish rights. The citizens of the United States are delegated rights such as in the right to vote, to assemble, the freedom of speech, and the freedom of religion. Examples include states determination to set rules for marriages, divorces, driving licenses, voting, state taxes, job and school requirements, rules for police and fire departments, and many more. In interstate commerce, the federal government can only regulate but the states have the right to create their own mandate if it do not interfere with the trading between one industry in one state and the buyer of another that includes imposing tariffs. During the time of slavery, the Supreme Court always upheld states rights. The slaves were considered "merchandise" and not people. Even after slavery was abolished, the Supreme Court has upheld states rights in the "separate but equal" cases (Jim Crow laws). It wasn't until the Warren Court in the 1950's, who started to reverse these trends. It took another constitutional amendment to outlaw poll taxes and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to forbid all states to practice the "separate but equal" clauses. (MORE)

Many times you can buy a home if you are in collections. It depends on the amount of the collections. It they are very large and they could jeopardize the lenders security with the home, the underwriter may request that you payoff the collection before closing on the loan. If they are very small …the Underwriter may allow you to close on the home without paying them off. Note: If your FICO scores are close to a minimum qualifying score and you are being required to pay off the collection, ask if you can bring the money to your closing. The reason is this. If the collection is older, your credit score will most likely drop when you pay off the collection. This could lower your score to a point where you no longer will qualify. Many Underwrites will allow it to be paid at closing, so that your score will not drop until after you are in the home. (MORE)

Come up with a story line that has tons of plot twists and cliff hangers! That way you keep the reader on the edge of their seats and you leave the ending open for a sequal, etc. Personally I prefer Fantasy/Action novels (like novels written by David Gemmel).
Does the First Amendment allow complete freedom of speech- the right to say anything you want at any time?
No. You can't go into a movie theater and yell "fire" when there is no fire. If you make a threat against a public figure or another person the First Amendment doesn't protest you. There a reasonable limits on speech.
It says that any government, that means federal, state, or local, cannot deny someone the right to vote based on their race/color.
You have the freedom to practice any religion. In other words, freedom of religion. The 5th amendment is very specific in that it addresses freedom of religion which is why this country was founded. Religious oppression was why many fled to these shores in the first place and still do today. Govemen…ts ruled the church and the relationship of church and government became a power hungry self serving goal. Some have and still do try and twist that statement to say freedom from religion trying to destroy the very foundation of the forming of this country. This country was founded on God as the head and his word, the bible, as the truth on which our laws and government were founded and governed. The attempt to throw that foundation out because it does not suit the carnal nature of man to do as he pleases, has been a major down fall to our moderrn day society where our basic respect for each other and our nation as a whole has been depleted and people wonders how we got to this point. You're too young to worry about weight. You will slim up once you hit puberty. Even if your parents keep buying unhealthy foods, doesn't mean you have to eat it. Eat some carrots or an apple instead. Remember to exercise every day and maybe walk after supper to boost your metabolism temporarily.
