About 2 years ago my hubby and i fell pregnant and we were over the moon. About 5 weeks i started feeling shooting pains in my lower stomach and i was bleeding a medium flow for me . i went to the docs and he said get yourself checked out at the hospital so i did. They told me to go home as i was showing a good healthy HCG level. went on until 6 weeks 3 days and felt as if i was on my death bed . the shooting pains got worse and i was sweating then freezing as if i had a fever. i couldn't lay down without hurting. ( If anyone has had a c section the feeling you have after 2 days it was like that as if i was going to rip a new hole at any moment. The hospital kept saying " theres nothing wrong" however every time i went in they would get the scan out and a specific lady would scan me. She thought i had a live preg and 2 cysts in the right fallopeon tube. Anyway went back hosp they told me to take paracemol and go home after 4 nights there. ( i was still bleeding ). Then at 9 week 5 days i went in for my dating scan and once again the same lady was there to scan me. She was not happy at all and said those 2 cysts are growing at the same rate as your live preg and there is a large mass behind your uterus of about 12cm x 9cm x 8 cm. Doctors came and thought i had a twisted ovary then was taken down for a laproscomy anyway got down there and there was that much "gunk" in there they re opened me up on my section scare and i was there 9 hours. After waking up the consulatant came and said there is about a 4 per cent chance of you live preg surviving from what we had to do so im sorry but i did my best. Anyway, ive learnt for the second time that if you know in your heart of hearts that there is something wrong then don't give up n keep telling them as they will push you by the way side. So my triplets what would have been were conceived naturally as we didnt have ivf etc we were not at risk as they say. Now after all that the live preg was fine and born very healthy. However we are ttc again for the last time and ive had low cramps for a week ( ovulated 1st July ) and now really sore nipples cant have bra or clothes on for too long ,,,, plus now are leacking what looks like breast milk to be honest. Pains again but not as bad as previous and im worried to death. anyone no why leaking?

Can a doctor tell if your pregnant if you have pelvic inflammatory disease?

Pregnancy testing is not affected by pelvic inflammatory disease . A pregnancy test will still work, so your doctor can tell if you're pregnant.

Your husband and you have been trying since March you have all the symptoms of pregnancy even milk coming out of your breast but test are negative Had a pelvic sonogram done nothing could you be preg?

You should ask the doctor to perform a blood test for bHCG levels. If you are experiencing symptoms of pregnancy including lactation, it is important to rule out an ectopic pregnancy (i.e. a pregnancy occurring outside of your Fallopian tubes). I presume this is why the pelvic scan has been performed, but without knowing any more detail about your case anything else would be pure speculation.

Im 6 weeeks you went to a regular doctor and had a pelvic exam but baby wasnt found is this normal?

At six weeks, it is easy for a doctor to not detect a pregnancy, particularly if they do not specialize in obstetrics. A pelvic examination is not the best way to detect if a pregnancy is normal.
