The national legal age requirement is 15, so more then likely not. Unless it is a private job, such as mowing lawns, cleaning houses etc. A public job requires an age of 15, and possibly a workers permit.
Waterworld and other large companies (not Elitches) offer jobs to 14 year olds over the summer and about a month combined of working during school.
