It is possible that you meant a different verse as this one doesn't clearly refer to Jesus as God:

18For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,

What two teaching of Jesus were rooted in Jewish traditions?

Neither Jesus nor his disciples ever quoted oral Jewish tradition to support their teachings but, rather, appealed to the written Word of God. (Matthew 4:4-10; Romans 15:4; 2 Timothy 3:15-17)

How did jesus say god?

Christ addressed His father as "My father or just plain Father. -- "Abba" would see, to be a more familiar way of addressing one's father, as did Jesus? Mk 14:36; Romans 8:15; Gal 4:6

What does St Paul's theme of justification primarily means?

Christians are justified in the same way Abraham was-by faith (Romans 4:16, 15:1; Gal. 2:16; Titus 3:7). Jesus' death on the cross made it possible for God and people to be reconciled (Romans 5:10) and thus for humans to be justified. Trusting faith in Jesus Christ puts people in the right with God, bringing eternal life now and forever.

Every savior sent by God is different according to different times and races. The number of saviors or better known as Prophets is 124,000 Prophets. We open our hearts to God's love by the Lenten practices of what?

The scriptures clearly teach that all men are born sinners separated from God Romans (3:10 3:23) AS sinners we are all under condemnation from God who must punish sinnners with death since he is just (Romans 6:23) God in his love for mankind "Is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance" 2Pet 3:9 God gave his only begotten son, the Lord Jesus Christ who willingly shed his sinless blood as an offering to God the Father as payment for our sins. When we believe this Gospel or "Good News" we have opened our hearts to God by faith in Jesus Christ atonement for our sins. When we believe Christ died in our place and God raised him the third day God saves us JUST BY BELIEVING THAT see 1 Cor 1:15 1-5 Romans 1:16 Romans 5:1 Romans 4:5 Ephesians 2:8-9. Lenten has nothing to do with the scriptures or God.

Why is God called God the Father?

When a person accepts Jesus Christ as their Savior they become adopted children of God. Christians believe in one God in Three Persons, God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit. God the Father is the Father of Jesus Christ and we Christians are God the Father's adopted Children (see Romans 8:15; Galatians 4:6-7).

Who is the Most sinful person in the Bible?

Well, God sees all of man's sins equal, "For ALL have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God." Romans 3:23. Although Paul said that he was the Chief of Sins, "This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief." 1 Timothy 1:15. But it doesn't matter how horrible your sins are because God has made a way for us to be saved, "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9

Do you pray to Jesus and God?

Yes as they are our lord and god, and our creator we must pray to them only.Additional InformationIn the model prayer (often called the 'Lord's Prayer') Jesus demonstrates WHO to pray to "Our father, who art in heaven..."(Matthew 6:9-15) He later goes on to tell us to pray to GOD, THROUGH Jesus' name.(John 15:14-16)

What is difference between profession and confession?

I had the same question and the answer that I have arrived at is that a profession is a public acknowledgement of something that may or may not be true. Whereas a confession has the idea of ownership and is assured. In the King James Bible the terms seem to be used in this way: Romans 1:22 "Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools" 1Jo 4:15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. (other examples Romans 10:9).

What book in the bible uses the word grace the most?

The book of Romans in the New Testament uses the word grace 24 times in 20 verses. Genesis and Acts both use it in 10 verses each. # Romans 1:5 "By whom we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for his name:" # Romans 1:7 "To all that are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you, and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ." # Romans 3:24 "Being justified freely by his grace, through the redemption that is in Jesus Christ:" # Romans 4:4 "Now to him that works, is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt." # Romans 4:16 "Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed, not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all;" # Romans 5:2 "By whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God." # Romans 5:15 "But not as the offense, so also is the free gift. For if through the offense of one many are dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, has abounded to many." # Romans 5:17 "For if by one man's offense death reigned by one; much more they who receive abundance of grace, and of the gift of righteousness, shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ." # Romans 5:20 "Moreover the law entered, that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:" # Romans 5:21 "That as sin has reigned to death, even so might grace reign through righteousness to eternal life, by Jesus Christ our Lord." # Romans 6:1 "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?" # Romans 6:14 "For sin shall not have dominion over you: for you are not under the law, but under grace." # Romans 6:15 "What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? By no means." # Romans 11:5"Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace." # Romans 11:6"And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work." # Romans 12:3 "For through the grace given to me, I say, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith." # Romans 12:6 "Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;" # Romans 15:15 "Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly to you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me from God." # Romans 16:20 "And the God of peace will soon bruise Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen." # Romans 16:24 "The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen."

Why do christianscelebrete the birth of Jesus?

The birth of Jesus Christ was the most important birth in history. You see Jesus is God, the God that came to earth (born to the virgin Mary in Bethlehem) to save mankind from their sin. Jesus is the God/Man, fully God and fully Man. After Adam and Eve's sin in the Garden of Eden they died spiritually and every human being born after that time has been born spiritually dead, with the exception of Jesus as His father was God. In order for man to be reconciled back to God a sacrifice had to be made and Jesus was the One and only sacrifice that could do that. Jesus went to the cross of Calvary and was sacrificed for our sin. After he died on the cross He was buried and on the third day God raised Him from the dead (Resurrection). Even though Jesus died for the sin of the world that does not mean you are saved automatically. You personally have to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior (Romans 10:9-13). The Bible teaches that if you do not come to the Father (God in heaven) through Jesus Christ (John 14:6) you will die in your sin and spend an eternity in the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:11-15) For this reason Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
