Many, many countries celebrate a Mother's Day, but it has not been organized into an International event like International Women's' Day has been. Individual countries celebrate Mother's Day on various dates throughout the year. It is not known as Mother's Day in all countries, either. For example, in the UK, it is known as Mothering Sunday.
In the US, Canada, Australia and many other countries, Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday of May.
In the UK, Mothering Sunday is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of Lent.
