Go to the state of GA department of insurance website and look up licensing.
For a felony coupled to a violation of the vehicle code, like felony DUI or if an accident occurs with injury (or worse), a driver's license can be suspended or revoked.… You can probably count on it. If one was to simply, say, beat down a police officer and get a felony battery, you're probably okay with keeping the license, but your other problems just got worse by at least a factor of ten. Check your local vehicle code for terms and conditions under which your driving PRIVILEGE can be suspended or revoked. And good luck.
You don't need any type of diploma, but you do have to pass the written test in most states.
The school you have been attending can effectively suspend your license if you drop out before you turn 18. Georgia law (OCGA 40-5-22) says that once you have had 10 or more u…nexcused absences, the school can suspend your license for 1 year or until you turn 18. You can only get the suspension lifted before that year is up if you: 1. Turn 18 2. Show proof that you have received a high school diploma, GED or Certificate of High School Completion 3. Show proof of enrollment in college 4. Show proof that you are enrolled in another high school or GED program --this proof has to be approved by the school you are now enrolled in and the school you left, each with a specific form from the Department of Driver Services In some circumstances, you can qualify for a limited driving permit. This is generally done so that you can drive to and from work, if you have a job and your family needs the money you earn.

You do not have to have a GED, but you will most likely have to take a placement test wherever you decide to take the real estate class.
I believe you have to be 15 or in the 10th grade to drop out of high school in Florida. That said, be very careful about making such a decision. Florida ranks near the bo…ttom nationally as far as education and graduation rates. A person with a GED from Florida can expect to make near minimum wage for the rest of his or her life. Perhaps nothing will have a more positive influence on your life and future than getting a good education, no matter how difficult. Education opens up the world to you. Building houses or working at the mall may seem fine now, but is it what you want to do twenty years from now when you have a family to support? Stay in school. Learn. Secure a good future. According to the regulations, a person may obtain a license, after two years of the crime or the probation is completed I believe..its either or..might want to call state boar…d in macon to find out the exact conditions. They (state board), make a decision based on each individual case.
well, legally you can't drop out of school until you are 16 years old in alabama. However, if you are 16 and haven't gotten your driver's license you must be enrolled in schoo…l to be qualified to take the test. Otherwise you have to wait until you are 18 to even take the test. If you already have it and drop out, you will still keep it.
18. In Georgia, if you dropped out of high school, you can't get your license until th age of 18. Also, if you miss too many days (over 10) they take your license & will not g…ive it back until you are 18. Personal Experience. :\\
16 & above.
Actually you are wrong. As I said before every state is different when it comes to regulating body art establishments. I own a shop in Georgia and in this state it is up to ea…ch county to decide if and how to regulate tattoo shops. In the county I am in there is no licensing of artists or shops (aside from a standard business license) available. All of our artists ARE certified in Cross contamination and Bloodborne Pathogen prevention though. But even this is not required by law. There are no federal regulations aside from, disposal of needles, which is basically a guideline you are supposed to follow, but this to is not required by law. You need to check with your local county board of health to find out if licensing is required.
You need both a city license and a state license. The city license is relatively easy to get but depending on which city in Georgia you are in, can cost up to $5000 per year. …The state license which is more difficult to obtain due to the amount of paper work and background checks costs $300 for a new application then $200 per year renewal and is issued by the Georgia Department of Revenue. You have to have the city license first before the state will approve their license. If you are applying for just a beer and wine license you have to be completely approved and finished with the city before you can even apply for the state. If you are applying for beer, wine, and liquor, you can apply for the city and the state simultaneously (but the state won't approve you until the city does).
Answer go to the secretary of state website - it has all the forms and all the information needed
