Columbia Southern University is a great school. The only you might want to be concerned with is the accreditation. They are nationally accredited by the DETC. Some people will try to say that regional accreditation is better, but they are pretty similar. The only problem with this prevailing misconception is that some industries look down on nationally accredited degrees. However, for any type of federal government job, it will not matter. Also, the Board of Certified Safety professionals accepts CSU degrees for their safety certification. The school is great, but it depends upon exactly what your goals are.
Columbia is a highly selective school and they will not accept you if you can't use proper English. I suggest you get that figured out before you look in to CU, let alone a pre-med program elsewhere.

If you take the prerequisite premed courses (calculus, bio, chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, all the labs), get good grades in them and a good overall GPA, take the MCAT and get a decent score, your chances are as good as anyone else's. But you have to go through the same premed requirements as everyone else, unfortunately the curriculum for nursing school/programs does not overlap with the pre-med curriculum, so you'll have to work on fulfilling those on your own (may require extending your time at a University or doing a post-bacc program).
Yes, Quinnipiac University is considered to be a good school. However, it is best known for its medical program and nursing program.
You can get into a poor program at a good university with that score, but not into a good program. And everyone knows what the poor programs are like so it is usually not good for you to be associated with them.
