∙ 14y agoNo, I don't think he is. He has a lot of relegious inferences in the book. Athiests do not believe in any higher power, and do not like to even encourage anyone to believe in any god. Rather, they do the opposite, and occasionally encourage people to follow their beliefs.
But one could argue that he is not encouraging religion in his books. Sure, he makes references to gods and religions, but he does not ever actually encourage people to be religious people. In fact, it could be said that he decourages it, but I think I will let his readers decide for themselves.
There is no public information to suggest that Dan Brown, author of "The Da Vinci Code," is Jewish. His personal beliefs and religious affiliation are not typically discussed in the media.
