No. Although King Henry VIII had legitimate children who succeeded him to the English throne, all three - Edward VI, Mary I, and Elizabeth I - died unmarried and childless. With the death of Elizabeth in 1603, Henry VIII's line was extinguished. Queen Elizabeth II is a descendant of Henry's sister, the English princess Margaret (1489-1541), who married King James IV of Scotland (1473 - 1513). Queen Margaret's and King James' grandson, King James VI of Scotland and I of England, became the first king of England and Scotland, and also became the ancestor of the present Queen.

Henry VIII died in 1547. That is nearly 400 years before Elizabeth II was born. That would make her father very long-lived indeed! in fact her grandfather was King George V.
