Through 2017, yes. Tyler was VP for all of one month before ascending to the presidency upon the death of William Harrison. Two close contenders were William King, VP under Franklin Pierce, who died one and a half months into his term, and Andrew Johnson, who also only serve one and a half months before Lincoln was shot.
