But I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a relatively good internet connection, and your computer goes reasonably fast, also don't have a million things that are connected to the internet running at once or it WILL lag your computer, maybe to the point where it crashes. As long as the Hypercam files are in the correct format for Windows Movie Maker, they can be imported into the program. If the files are not compatible, they will need to be converted before importation.
