None of the Eisenhower dollars regardless of date or mintmark struck for general circulation have more than face value. Only proof and uncirculated collectors coins sold from the Mint have premiums

Unless it has an "S" mintmark or is in official mint packaging, it is only worth face value.

No, unless you have a rare die variety or it is in mint packaging. It is not silver and as such is only worth $1.
