As a developer myself, I sometimes miss how easy notepad is to use with HTML! It works perfectly with Windows XP and Vista, but you've actually got to save it from notepad to use the .htm or .html extensions. For more complex tasks, I would use WordPad in the accessories menu instead due to the better graphical user interface, or Works Task launcher on Vista and XP.

Only PDMS 12. can be installed in windows 7 with, proper patches , all previous pdms versions can not be installed on windows 7 or Vista. However you can try with creating virtual machin with xp.
