The lower stomach pain might indicate that you are going to be due your period.

The ''stomach going hard'' however may not be a sign of pregnancy - It does also depends on how long ago you had sexual intercourse and you may feel your stomach has grown. It begins to show after A month or Two.

During the second or third month of a womans pregnancy it is possible for her abdomen and lower stomach to appear bloated and feel hard. But this symptom alone is not a pregnancy symptom. I would not suspect pregnancy unless you are having other pregnancy symptoms too. Also see your doctor about your hard abdomen in case this is not pregnancy related. Good luck.

I have had my stomach be hard and i thought i was pregnant also. It turns out i wasn't and my period started. I even took a test and everything. I dont know what it is but since the pregnancy symptoms and aunt flow coming are almost exactly alike its kinda hard to tell. If you dont start then maybe yeah and if you want just take a test to ease your mind.

Yes, when you're pregnant and your womb grows, it can apply pressure on your stomach making it feel hard.

Is it normal to have lower back pain at 9 months pregnant?

Lower back pain with contractions normally signals labor. Call your doctor. Yes. Lower back pain can occur especially with the last trimester of pregnancy due to increase in size of the abdomen, which in turn shifts your center of body weight and gravity. This in turn causes more work for your lower back muscles to control the posture. Usually, lower back pain in pregnancy is mechanical, meaning that if you adjust your position and rest, the pain would subside. If the pain persists upon adjustment of position, consult your GYNE immediately for this may be a sign of labor.
