The vagina can fit all sizes and it's more about the girth. When it comes to a long penis the man always have to stop when the woman say so since he might get too far up. That has nothing to do with virginity though. No matter how experienced the woman are, if he would have 12 inches (which is very rare) she would probably tell him not to go all the way in.
