Rainfall is slightly acidic so what is the PH?
That would depend on how acidic the atmosphere is through which it has passed - remember the news about 'acid rain'? Most rain would be just below 7 PH.

Is a pH of 2 slightly acidic?
No. A pH of 2 is *very* acidic. pH is measured on a continuum with 1 being a very strong acid, 7 being neutral, and 14 being a very strong base.

Is the pH of 6.5 to acidic?
It is very much diluted acid, almost neutral, H+concentration = 3.2*10-7, being 3.2 times higher than in pure water.

If you want to change the pH of a solution slightly do you use a strong or weak acid?
It depends on how you want to change the pH and by how much, and for what reason.Acids will lower the pH, while bases raise it.Using a strong acid will make a large change in …pH; a weak acid will result in a small change for the same amount of acid, and the effects of a weak acid can be (somewhat) finetuned. Some acids contain ions that can affect the other components in solution; using a particular acid type might be necessary for that reason alone. If the solution has a pH of 6.5 what is its pOH?
pH + pOH = 14 So if pH=6.5 6.5 + pOH = 14 pOH = 14-6.5 pOH = 7.5
