AC are the OEM spark plugs and they are excellent plugs. I would recommend you buy AC/Delco Iridium Spark Plugs. They are as good or better than any others you can buy. NGK are also great plugs and I have been told they make the AC plug but I cannot verify that.
Remove the spark plugs, dump in some 2 cycle oil over each piston, replace the spark plugs, turn the engine over 1 or 2 times, Let the Jet Ski stand for a while.
I don't know when Cadillac started doing this, but they eliminated the coil packs and have since been using coil on spark plug coils. They are directly over the plugs on the engine. You have to remove 4 or 5 bolts to access them.
For replacement plugs, it is recommended to use stock Toyota Denso spark plugs. They are dual electrode and pre-gapped at 0.044". If the engine has been modified, the type and gap on the plugs may vary depending the modification and desired performance.
Bosch spark plugs has been a reliable brand. And many auto parts stores and auto mechanics would recommend them. Some Bosch spark plugs come with a warranty.

Engine is likely Hydro-Locked from ingesting water while running. Remove the spark plugs and try to crank the engine.
I'm not a mechanic but it sounds like there has been a mixup involving your spark plug wires , either at the coil pack or at the spark plugs

Just like any other car. Be sure to use only OEM Nissan Spark plugs. Non Nissan after market spark plugs are known to cause engine mis-firing and power issues. I would like to add something to this answer, if it hasn't already been done. The spark plugs are located under the fuel coils. These coils are located on top of the engine. There are about six of them and they are numbered. There are two screws in each coil. Once you remove them, pull up on the coil and it will come up and that's where you will find your plugs. Make sure you gap them properly and as the above statement says use only specified plugs. Be ready to pay a little more, perhaps double for your plugs.
