Is ben browder dead?
No, Ben Browder is very much alive and working. He just finished filming a comic-horror film in Texas called "Bad Kids Go To He'll" and is in the midst of developing a detective noir scifi comedy for Paramount with executive producer/writer Jeffrey Berman and John Stith (the book author) called Naught for Hire. Ben will be appearing at several fan conventions this fall including the last Creation Entertainmemt Farscape con in Los Angeles in November.

Ben is 10 years old.
The character Ben Randall from the 2006 movie the guardian was not based on a real person.
The pure and simple answer is that the hunting party whom are dispatching the zombies at the end of the film simply see a slow moving shadow within the farm house, and since B…en is being quiet as well to not give away his position, they fire upon him thinking that he is one of the undead. In the 1990's remake Ben is definitively transformed into a zombie and therefore they kill him at the end due to this. It is important to note that the overall feel of the original Night of the Living Dead had to do with the 1960's and the freedom movement that was going on at that time and I think that it is left kind of ambiguous as to whether the hunting party shot Ben because they thought that he was a zombie, or just in the fact that he was a black man in a rural piece of America during a situation where they could in theory kill anyone and say that they were in fact one of the undead.
He does, but to Kai Green which I think is a horrible decision considering Julia is a better match, oh well.
In the physical sense, the dead are wherever their remains are. In the spiritual sense, the soul or consciousness of the deceased is thought to exist incorporeally. in the gra…veyard !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(dont you know?)

Lie still and wait, someone will be along to take care of you soon. At Cornell University they have an incredible piece of scientific equipment known as the tunneling electro…n microscope. Now this microscope is so powerful that by firing electrons you can actually see images of the atom, the infinitesimally minute building block of our Universe. If I were using that microscope right now, I still wouldn't be able to locate my interest in your problem.
Romans 5:12 let's us know that through one man Adam sin entered into the world and there's death because of sin. At Ecclesiastes 9:5 tells us For the living are conscious that… they will die.But as for the dead they are conscious of nothing at all neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten
