Currently, the Motorola i465 phone can have either T-Mobile or Boost Mobile as its network. So far, there is no Motarola i465 phone with a Verizon network.
No other devices will work with Boost as they use an iDEN network and this is not compatible with the GSM networks in the US even though they do use a SIM card. The SIM card does work in them for international roaming though. It will not work either way.
Boost is a good phone company to go with, I say yes it is good for travelling :)
if the phone is a prepaid phone, no. if it came on a plan, or bought outright, yes
The point of having a Boost Mobile Phone is to be able to use the phone wireless and receive discounts on the monthly unlimited plan. For $50 they offer unlimited usage for a month, Sprint Network for a reliable network and coverage. Also included is Shrinkage to reward customers for being loyal.
No you cannot. AT&T uses a GSM network and Boost uses iDEN and the two are not even remotely compatible. The Boost SIM card can be used for international roaming but it will not work with GSM networks in the US. It will not work either way, a Boost SIM will not work in a GSM device and a GSM SIM will not work in a Boost device.
The Torch is a GSM phone and Boost is on a CDMA network; so probably never. If they make a CDMA Torch, it would still take at least two years before coming to a discount network.
Yes it does. I was in anchorage Alaska for a week and my boost-mobile phone worked fine
Boost Mobil is one of a great new lineup of companies that offer a great, cost effective phone plan that suits just about anyone's needs. If you're not entirely sure about whether or not you want to go with Boost Mobil as your phone provider, take this into account: they run off of the Sprint network. Many people have one major problem with choosing a prepaid cell phone-- they're worried about the service they'll get, or the lack of. With Boost Mobil you don't have to worry about that since it's run on a major cell phone company's coverage network.
yes
Att and Boost Mobile have great pre-paid plans and new touch screen and smart phones for a good price.. Also it counts on your area where you live..Att has better coverage,,boost mobile is spotty on the rural areas...
Boost is a division of Sprint/Nextel.
