Cake batter is usually made of things such as sugar eggs and flour is usually smooth and creamy what kind of mixture is this?
mixture Even chocolate is (usually) a mixture
Yes, and cake batter for cupcakes as well.
Add them one at a time, beating well after each addition.
It is a mixture.
I dont recoment freezing the batter its best if there baked then frozen
I think you mean "cake batter". And it is the wet mix of all of the combined ingredients that will then be poured into a cake pan to be baked.
The batter has baking soda and or baking powder in it which releases carbon dixoide gas that is trapped in the cake making it fluffy.
I believe that it is heterogeneous because it is not constant. This person asked the same question and someone else answered, so I'm going with that. http://answers.yahoo.c…om/question/index?qid=20070826155908AAYkNmw
yes.put it in the refrigarator.you can do the same with the icing.hope i helped.
assuming you meant homogenous or heterogenous: assuming that it is mixed well, and is not lumpy, probably homogenous: only one uniform phase
mixture as the elements are not chemically bonded :)
A mixture because you mix ingredients to get cake batter.
A cake mixture is a combination of various ingredients. Once mixed, it would be impossible to separate the ingredients - which makes it irreversible.
