Are the 8 gates of chakra real?

yes, chakra is real but only a few people in the world can see it like in anime and manga but it isn't the same as aura yet they both are real, aura sarounds the body chakra is in the body but can also leave the body aswell to heal or use in specific kinds of Martial Arts.

Factually there is no scientific evidence that it exists.

My personal opinion is that there are forces that can be manipulated.

Yes depending on your state it is real. To learn it involves tons of training and exercise and meditation (i had tons of strained body parts before reaching one (Thank God)). the training may be similar to that of Rock lee though not necessarily a thousand push ups a day as I've said it requires loads of training. Improves: muscle control strength endurance speed (depending on a specific part of the body) Yes the 8 Gates of chakra are real but we are only able to open (Kai) the first gate, the gate of beginning to surpass our limits (genkai). Whoever has typed the above is very correct.You are only able to open one as a normal human,trying to open others might kill you.If a person is so interested in opening the gates he might learn Taijutsu or Taichi instead.(only if you wish to seek more power)
