Yes it certainly is, since the one who made it is perfect. The problem with looking at the law of God is that those who look at it are imperfect and also limited in their understanding and so to them it doesn't always 'sit right'.
According to Hebrews chapter 8, the law of God is not perfect.
But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Hebrew 8:6-7

∙ 13y agoIf you define God as needing to be perfect then God is perfect. If God exists and is not perfect then God is not God. If God can be defined as imperfect you invite evil to become your God. This does not however change the truth just the perception. You can worship God and actually be worshiping evil if you have defined God as something that is capable of evil. Surely we consider good to be closer to perfection than evil. Keep in mind that just because people say God acts does not mean God acts.

∙ 6y agoA:If God exists and is now perfect, he must have always been perfect. Whether he is really perfect is arguable, given that he is reported to have punished innocent children and other descendants for the sins of their parents, favoured one nation over all others of his creation.
Many early Christian Gnostics were so sure that the Old Testament God was not perfect that they thought there must be two gods - the harsh and unjust God of the Old Testament and the loving and forgiving God of the New Testament.

Likewise with Almighty God. He IS what he IS. He doesn't need to claim perfection; He simply IS such. . . . end of story . . .

Well, the position of God isn't inherited or earned, God is just God; always has been, always will be. In the words of a speaker I've heard, "You can't impeach Him, and He's not gona resign." If He is not perfect, he is not God. God, and only God, is perfect. God's judjement is, always has been, and always will be perfect. If you don't believe me you can kill yourself and find out, but I really wouldn't recommend it, considering that if you're wrong about God being imperfect, you'll spend the rest of eternity in misery.

And so when you have create that perfect image of yourself, you will have created your own god. From there onwards you will only have to meditate on that image daily and develop parts of yourself so that you can gradually become the perfect you that you have always wanted to be.

God doesn't live in a temple or a church, God lives in the temple of our heart, the kingdom of God is within. Therefore, we should not search for a place that is perfect to pray to God. God is within us. All we need to do is go within, to shut off the outside world, then we will find that perfect connection with God and we will be able to perform the perfect prayer. Remember, God is not outside, God is inside.
