I'm not a doctor, but I have taken these pills alot. The 10mg has more hydrocode than the 7.5. 10 is greater than 7.5 The 325 referrs to the acteminophen content. The 7.5 hydrocodone has 750 mg of acetiminophen. People who take alot of hydrocodone prefer to take less acteminophen as it can hurt your liver by taking alot of acteminophen each day.

∙ 15y agoYes it is... The hydrocone part is the same but the acetaminphen dose is higher...which is the second number. The hydrocondone/acetaminphen combo work well in synergy with each other increasing the effectiveness.

∙ 12y agoFirst off they do not make hydrocodone 10-350. they do however make hydrocodone 10-325 which is the brand name Norco.
10-325 means 10mgs of hydrocodone (narcotic analgesic) and 325 mgs of acetaminophen (tylenol) vs 7.5mg of hydrocodone/325mg acetaminophen
