It depends... both of these Kings were written about by Shakespeare.
Henry IV is Henry the Fourth
Henry VI is Henry the Sixth
Henry Fourth begins with the death of Richard II
And Henry Sixth begins with Henry the Fifth's Funeral!!
Too many Henry's ARGH!!
Hope this helps! :)
The ten plays usually called history plays are King John, Richard II, Henry IV Part 1, Henry IV Part 2, Henry V, Henry VI Part 1, Henry VI Part 2, Henry VI Part 3, Richard III and Henry VIII. Kings of England portrayed at one point or another in these plays are John, Henry III, Richard II, Henry IV, Henry V, Henry VI, Edward IV, Edward V, Henry VII and Henry VIII. The following Kings and Queens of England appear in Shakespeare's history plays: John, Henry III, Richard II, Henry IV, Henry V, Henry VI, Edward IV, Edward V, Richard III, Henry VII, Henry VIII, and Elizabeth. Whether they were made immortal by these characterizations is another story. Henry III and Henry VII only appear at the end of plays to take over from the previous and recently deceased monarch. And Edward V is just a teenager and Elizabeth a baby when they appear.
All of Shakespeare's history plays are named after an English King who appears in the play, and in whose reign the events take place. Although Henry VI is a character in Henry VI Part I, he is not the main character. Talbot is the main character. Also in Henry IV Part II we don't see much of Henry IV. We see a lot more of his son Prince Hal.
The seven kings Shakespeare wrote about are: Richard II, Richard III, Henry IV, Henry V, Henry VI, Henry VIII, and King John. These are seven of the ten Histories that Shakespeare wrote.

I don't know about being immortalized, but the following historical kings of England are portrayed at one time or another in the history plays (some not for long): John, Henry III, Richard II, Henry IV, Henry V, Henry VI, Edward IV, Edward V, Richard III, Henry VII, Henry VIII.
Henry V comes between Henry IV and Henry VI.
Henry VI appears in all three parts of Henry VI Henry IV appears in Richard II and the two parts of Henry IV Henry V appears in both parts of Henry IV and also in Henry V. He has more lines than his father or his son. That's three plays each. Some appear in two, such as Richard III and his brothers Edward IV and Clarence who appear in both Henry VI Part 3 and Richard III

Pope Gregory II, I think. Then he argued with Henry VI about it.

Henry lV was not the father of Henry Vl. He was his grandfather. Nor did he hand over his crown to anybody.
William Shakespeare's plays are commonly categorised as Histories, Comedies and Tragedies. These categories were given in the first, official published versions of the plays known as "The First Folio" published some years after his death. The Histories were: King John, Richard II, Henry IV part 1, Henry IV part 2, Henry V, Henry VI part 1, Henry VI part 2, Henry VI part 3, Richard III and Henry VIII. They are all based on the lives of English Kings and apart from the first and last, describe the events in English History leading up to, during and the end of The Wars of the Roses.
Shakespeare wrote plays about four different Kings named Henry(Henry IV, Henry V, Henry VI, and Henry VIII)

There was no king Henry VI of Spain. King Henry IV of Castile, was the brother of Isabella of Castile, of Isabella and Ferdinand fame. Isabella was the mother of Catherine of Aragon, Henry VIII's first wife. So Henry VI of Castile (in Spain) was the uncle of Henry VIII's wife.
