Answer

You can get very ill from taking too many vitamins and it also can cause problems with your liver and perhaps gall bladder. It's best to see your doctor about this or go to a good naturopathic doctor to find out what your body needs and how much to take. Never over medicate and that includes over-the-counter drugs (vitamins as well.)

Answer

It is best to take any supplement as recommended on the label unless otherwise instructed by a healthcare practitioner or nutritionist. Certain vitamins can be taken in large amounts without causing any harm. Others can quickly cause problems. It would be best to do some research to be sure you're not overstacking.

In one word - No!

You may not realise this, but many vitamins, especially the fat-soluble ones, product toxic side-effects if too much of them is taken.

Be careful - take only one multivitamin.

The related links below shows a web site with links to vitamins - have a look at this and work out if you are taking too much.
