15 is simply too young to be thinking of marriage and even 18 is young. More and more young people are waiting until they are in their late 20s to early 30s to get married and some have children and others prefer not to. You need your education (or you will never be an independent woman) and even though you may feel now that you don't want to be independent you are going to have to trust me on the fact there will come a time in your life when you want to start flexing your own muscles of independence. If you don't get a decent education, you won't be able to get a job to be independent, and by marrying at such a young age you will be saddled at home with a couple of children with your nose pressed against a pane of glass watching your friends go off and have fun. The answer to your question ... if people are in love a ring doesn't make much difference one way or the other, but here's another point ... if two people are in love they can wait to legally get married.
