I hear your question and you have already stated that if you take Algebra, you will get an A, and if you take Trig you will get a C. I'm not sure how you know this, but let's take it as truth. If you will get an A in algebra, it sounds as if you already understand it (see first paragraph).
From a purely philosophical stand point, I believe there is no nobler task than to educate one's mind. If I were making the decision myself, I would take the Trigonometry class, and make it a point to study and get the best grade possible. I say this not because of the GPA I would receive, but for the task of understanding something.
If you are going to venture into anything, do your best in that venture. Anything less is cheating yourself.
Neither course is better or worse than the other. The choice depends on what YOU want to take, or need to take. If you're going into engineering or architecture, for example, both classes are needed. If you have to choose one or the other, and you do not need either class for college, then the Algebra/Trig class would be my choice, as it teaches you some things that are better for everyday life than the Calculus.
Algebra. I took it in that order, and to do most of the geometry, you HAVE to know algebra. If I had taken geometry first, I would have failed. ALGEBRA FIRST.
algebra data analysis??hmm, never heard about that but algebra usually people take in 9th grade..
It depends on how far you are on Pre-algebra. If you don't know anything, I recommend you take Pre-algebra 1. If you are advanced in Pre-algebra and you know variables and expressions then I recommend you take Pre-algebra 2
you just have to really focus in class and learn to love it! take plenty notes and concentrate very well. tutoring sessions may help too.
you just need to pay attention in class easy as could be also take notes and study for your tests.
I recommend that you take the Pre-Algebra before taking Algebra I. Taking the Pre-Algebra has a strong potential of helping you understand Algebra I much more easily and much better. A strong background and understanding of Algebra can be the basis for doing very well in later math courses.
Algebra 1 is in a way better than Pre-Algebra. Algebra 1 is more advanced than Pre-Algebra and will increase your chances in college. But of course there are higher levels than Algebra 1, and if you can master those or at least maintain a decent grade (as in B or higher and maybe a C but it depends on which college or school you are planning on going to). You should not want to take the easy road in life, and that is for everything you do. Pre-Algebra is an easy road and although you may bother to learn the basics and call it a success in life, you sould still go further and maybe you will become something greater tha you expect of yourself. So, the answer to your question is answered with another question: "Do you want to become more successful in life and do Pre-Algebra or are you going to do something maybe even higher than Algebra 1?"
It depends which class u r in in some schools if u r in 7th grade and take pre-algebra it is considered advanced but in other schools it you are rite on track.
No, however,if by some case you still have not yet mastered the material, there will be Intermediate Algebra Class in college. Through this class, they will take you through the fundamentals of math beginning from algebra 1 and 2 to reinforce the material.
take the class online and answer the questions. its that easy! dont cheat! Do it the right way and take the class online!!
yes you do. things like calculas but it depends on how good you are in math.
