It depends on the country where they use child labor, and what kind of rules the country has about it. If the laws don't let you use child labor then the company is using children illegally.

i dont know about the the names of companies. but child labour is common in insence stick manufacturing, constuction sites and mining quarries in india. even though there are …laws against this kind of child labour ti still continues in rural areas.

US companies do not use child labor illegally. Family businesses use their children legally.

Impossible to list. Millions of US employers lawfully employ children. Millions who employed kids last month don't have kids working this month, but will next month.
Because they like to hog their money. They don't want to pay minimum wage for adults.

Because it works out cheaper for them. Money over morals.
