The real answer is "No". That is, there are no laws that I am aware of that prohibit driving nude (and I have done a *lot* of research). Also, simple nudity is *not* indecent exposure, in or outside of a car.
I don't imagine that "driving nude" is mentioned specifically, but being naked in public is "indecent exposure".
