It can be. It is normal to spot on and off during your whole pregnancy. But its always best to let your doctor know.

Its perfectly normal some women do have slight bleeding during pregnancy but if its ALOT you need to go see a doctor admediatly.

And they were both signs of tubal pregnancy which is the fertilised egg implants in the tubes but not in the uterus. So I lost both of the pregnancies. You should contact your Dr. My Dr. told me that 30% of women spot during pregnancy. She was not concerned b/c she heard the heart beat.
