Yes. A little bit of puffiness, redness, and soreness is normal. If it swells an incredible amount, turns very red or is EXTREMELY sensitive to touch then it may be infected. In that case I'd suggest to take them out, clean the area thoroughly and apply Neosporin or Bactine. If you don't want to take them out for fear of the hole closing up then try the Neosporin/Bactine and just keep the area really clean. But if symptoms of infection worsen you should definitely see a doctor and you may not have a choice about taking them out. Severe infections can be very dangerous. They can make you sick or even require AMPUTATION!(cutting your ear off)
Getting your nose pierce is okay as long your parents agree. Someone in my little sister's school is 11 and she got it.
I like the name Preston alot and Pierce is okay, but together it sounds a little too over the top like maybe too preppy? I think Preston Scott or Pierce Alexander sound a little bit better. Personally I like both names but not together. But all in all both good names.
Well yes, if its a really fancy orchestra concert. Or if your prom dress isn't puffy.
Absolutely. If you do it in the same spot as you had it before, you will be piercing through scar tissue. This is perfectly okay, but some people find it to be slightly more painful.

Spotting is okay, but period bleeding is bad and if that is your case, you should see a doctor right away.
