This is a question that can ONLY be answered by the agency in your state that oversees the welfare of minor chidren. I admire your courage and desire to do right by your brother but don't get your hopes up too high. ALSO: You don't say where you reside - depending on the laws of your state - if you are not legally married to the 18-year you could be exposing him to a charge of statutory rape. Research your state laws on this CAREFULLY!

Can you report abuse coming from your little brother?

If your little brother is abusing you then you should speak with either your mother; father or both of them as it is their responsibility to control your brother.
