Apparently you can, it has high nutritional value, make sure its washed thoroughly. You could also try dipping the peel in melted chocolate. Yes, orange peels are very high in fiber and have high amounts of vitamins and other nutrients. Occasionally, I grab an orange and eat it just like an apple.
