Yes it is possible to have twins on The Sims Life Stories PC game.. but you can't enter a cheat and make them have twins they just have them unexpectedly like a mother does not expect it!

the cheat code is forcetwins (u know ctrl-shift-C)
it works i just used it to make twins :-))
u just cant choose the sex.

∙ 14y agoWell, two different families of my sims had twins. It seemed to happen when they're creativity skill was at its maximum. When your sim gets pregnant. She'll have twins. Sometime's they'll have twins in a row. so be careful and make sure you WANT twins when you do it.
