Is it safe for a 14 year old to take cellucor c4?
Don't use the recommended dosing. Cut it to half or lower, and make sure if you are taking it not only are you drinking water, that should go without saying, but you are really putting in work, and time, when you go to the gym.

Sure, a 100cc would be great for a fourteen year old. How do I know this? I myself am fourteen years old and I am a satisfied owner of a KX-100. A 100cc dirt bike is an all-ar…ound exceptional bike because it is not heavy or bulky (relatively easy to pick up after crashing on all forms of terrain), and its maximum speed is about 45 mph. 100cc's are one of the speedier mini bikes out there and are incredibly fun to ride. Also, if you are considering racing (district or motocross) a 100cc bike is perfect. Sure, motorcycles may be considered "unsafe" and "dangerous" but that all depends on how unsafe or dangerous the rider chooses to be. You have got to really use your head when you are riding. Always wear all protective gear and never ride over your headthis is where accidents happen. Honestly, buying a dirt bike for a teenager is one of the best decisions a parent could ever make for their son/daughter. Consider the fact that buying a teenager a dirt bike will open them up to a positive new hobby that they will always enjoy. Not to mention, dirt bike racing is so remarkable because it is as if you know your total worth as you finish a hard race, covered in mud and grime. You are so proud of yourselfyou've never felt so alive! Perhaps the best thing about dirt bike riding/racing is the fact that everyone involved in the sport is so incredibly nice and helpful that you feel as if they are your family. Seriously, buying a dirt bikeno matter what engine sizeis the most unsurpassed thing a parent can do for their son/daughter; dirt bike riding boosts confidence and is truly an astonishingly positive, fun hobby. Just remember: Dirt bikes/motorcyles AREN'T dangerous-riders ARE! Teach your son/daughter to ride responsibly, always wear all protective gear, and never ride over their heads!

In my thought, you could have a bay when a girl has had her period, but I recommend not, unless you want to be neglected and laughed at.
Facebook is save for people of the age of 14 because Facebook is actually a pretty safe website if you don't accept friend requests from people you don't know and you put your… account in private. People can't read your conversation if your in private so then it is pretty safe. Also, people that are not members cannot search private peoples names. Unless they hack which a lot of people do... Anyway, yeah, facebook is safe, if you have a good sense of personal safety! Remember, the people you add as friend probably know most of the details about you(ie. Email, birthday, family) because you know them already, so you wouldn't be putting yourself at a high risk.
Yes, as long as you train using proper form and don't overtrain yourself.. A long of evidence suggests that activities young children perform (Such as running, jumping etc.) …are more stressful to the bones than weight training is.. Brandon
