I drank raw eggs in the past on various occasions but they all were freshly purchased from a supermarket. A lot of dieters or fitness trainers mix them into some sort of shake as a health beverage mixed usually with other juice and water because alone they probably would be too thick of a substance if combined only with a powder but you can choose from several ingredients in the kitchen to add for various flavor to make it interesting like cinnamon, chocolate, strawberry, cherry, lemon, vanilla, soy, pepper, salt, vinaigrette, tartar, onion, vitamins, aspirin, alcohol, etc. The idea is similar to eating oysters or fish in sushi without them being cooked because it can present some risk but if properly handled in mostly chilled temperatures and purchased from reputable suppliers than your exposure is far below the danger zone. My suggestion is to begin with the basics at first if you want to try one sometime because they are a slimy texture that normally likes to bind together even after thorough stirring which can create a problem if attempting to do anything to enormous to swallow with one gulp like a shooter, shot, slider, bomb, chaser, etc.
The recipe should only use the white of the egg which means it is safe to eat for anyone as it is the yolk which can't be raw.
A raw egg sometimes may have salmonella in it which could make you very sick if you eat it raw. A cooked egg disposes all its germs and things that could make you sick, so it's safe to eat.
yes it is just dont eat it everyday and dont eat it raw either make sure it fulled cooked avoid raw eggs
No, it would not be safe to eat the batter unless it is thoroughly cooked. Raw chicken can contaminate anything it touches with dangerous pathogens.
No, it isn't. There is a high risk of catching Salmonella.
No
Yes if You Are A Crack Baby Who Wants Diarrhea ...... Than Most Defidently... ;) Yummy
No, you lose fiber.
I didn't open my carton of eggs since I bought it 2 weeks ago. When I did finally want some eggs I found that they were all covered in raw egg. I washed every single egg, and none of them were cracked which leads me to assume that an egg cracked at the store and a new one put in its place, but the raw egg was not cleaned out of the carton. It did not smell rancid at all (no smell actually), but I am wondering if the eggs are safe to eat as they have been sitting in raw egg for over 2 weeks now. Side note, some of the eggs I washed had darkened where the raw egg was touching them.
Raw sage is safe to eat.
