Phenylephrine is in some Hemorrhoidal ointments with a warning to check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking depression medications. I take Bupropion (Wellbutrin).
Today I woke from a nap breathing heavily and feeling weak and shaky. May or may not be related, but I will take this issue to my local pharmacist and see what they say.

Paracetamol, chlorpheniramine with phenylephrine preparation is considered as safe preparation, during pregnancy.
no, read the back of the phenphedrine bottle.
Both Wellbutrin and the phenylephrine in DayQuil can lower seizure threshold, so if you have epilepsy that'd be bad news bears. Also, both Wellbutrin and the dextromethorphan in DayQuil are dopamine reuptake inhibitors, which can lead to hypertension and racing heartbeat. However, this effect really only kicks in with the dextromethorphan at high doses (like the doses people take to get high on it), and there's only like 15mg in a single dose of DayQuil. Overall, it's pretty safe.
Yes, but your Dr. would need to tell you if it's safe for "You" to mix them.
Yes, based on the ingredients in Relacore (vitamins, magnolia bark, passionflower, etc) it would seem safe to take this with an antidepressant like Wellbutrin.
The Acetaminophen is fine with Escitalopram (Lexapro) Phenylephrine is safe to take with Lexapro, however it can cause anxiety. If you have anxiety along with your depression, Phenylephrine will exacerbate this. Dextromethorphan with Lexapro can, rarely, cause hallucinations. Take Dextromethorphan with caution and in the least effective dose.
Yes, my doctor told me I could take benedryl which is the same as diphenhydramine with my Wellbutrin. Even tylonol PM which has benedryl in it, the only thing is Wellbutrin dries your sinuses and so does diphenhydramine, that makes for a major headache.

Yes, it is safe to take these 2 prescription drugs without any interactions. Sources: Medical Doctor
Yes, as long as each of those medications is safe for you to take, they are safe to take at that frequency. Check with your health care provider or pharmacist for advice specific to your situation. I hope you feel better soon!
